This rental was perfect for us! It was very clean in a quiet area. Rick and Tracy have thought of everything - extra towels, sheets, blankets and fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen. And close to the casinos! We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, convenient home located at the heart of Lake Charles. Located on a nice, peaceful residential street, the home has a wonderful interior aesthetic that will help you feel right at home. There is only one bathroom, so if you have multiple members in your party staying here together, something to keep in mind. Would happily stay here again the next time my family is back in Lake Charles!

Wow! What an awesome vacation! The Nest in Lake Charles is so special! Some family stayed down the street via hotels - soooo happy we went with Airbnb and landed on the nest instead! This place is CUTE and curated - thoughtfully put together. We have young kids and they were immediately drawn to the small toys and games - drawing paper. The whole experience of parking - having the extra space and laundry downstairs - all fixtures being new - super plush new couch - we got such a great value out of our stay. The gas oven / microwave / ac / heat / fixtures - it’s all brand new and spotless. We have to say this is the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you Dwight and Susan for your hospitality! And also to your co-hosts! Loved our stay! Happy holidays!

Rick and Tracy’s place was the perfect spot for our stay in Lake Charles. They were very helpful and the extra snacks left out as a welcome was an added bonus!

The Nest was a great place for a little getaway while being right off a main road in Lake Charles. The house was peaceful but also within a 5 minute drive to loads of great restaurants. We enjoyed a nice kitchen and the multiple bedrooms. The living room space was smaller but big enough for 4 people for sure. Dwight and Susan were responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Our stay at Rick and Tracy's beach house was fantastic. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The coffee bar is a wonderful touch for our coffee drinkers! The host was outstanding, always quick to respond our questions even after we had left to go home. (The pillows are amazing) The location is perfect for beach lovers, restaurants and ice cream for the grandkids! We highly recommend Rick and Tracy's lovely home and would definitely stay there again.

We were in Biloxi for a family emergency. Rick and Tracy were so nice and helpful, making things easier for us. We loved the home and the apartment was perfect for my daughter! It had everything we needed and in the location I wanted — within walking distance to the beach. Everything was as described and had an easy check in; we loved having relaxing conversation and coffee outside. Honestly, so happy we stayed here in Gulfport and had the perfect hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay during a stressful time.
Btw, I would recommend eating at Felix’s for seafood and we also enjoyed meals at The Palace. It seemed to be the best buffet with the most variety and fresh food.
